shyamm 0 Report post Posted January 12, 2007 reliance says Rconnect at 60ps per min peak hour and 30ps per min offpeakhour for default plan. Does this include telephone charges or is it charged seperately.?What might be the approximate total cost for 1 hour of internet usage say between 10-11pm? Suggestions for any other cheaper alternatives would be appreciated.
Honest 836 Report post Posted January 12, 2007 (edited) My dear friend 60 paise per minute is the peak hour rate and 30 paise per minute is off-peak hour rate. So if you surf between 6.00 a.m. to 10 p.m. (i.e. peak hours), you will be charged Rs. 36/- per hour and if you surf between 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. (i.e. off-peak hours), you will be charged at Rs. 18/- per hour. You will not be charged any other charges apart from this. Regards. Edited January 12, 2007 by Honest
Arun 795 Report post Posted January 12, 2007 What might be the approximate total cost for 1 hour of internet usage say between 10-11pm? That would be Rs.18 Suggestions for any other cheaper alternatives would be appreciated. If you are using it daily like that, your per month usage charges would run more than Rs.500 If you opt for the Freedom @ Night NetConnect plan at Rs.400 per month, you can use internet without per hour usage charges between 10 PM to 6 AM. If you are using the default voice plan for your FWP, you can save the voice plan rental as well if you opt for the Freedom @ Night plan, as it is included. shyamm 0 Report post Posted January 13, 2007 (edited) Thank you, want to go for the above mentioned plans, but i need to try out for a few days this zero rental plan. My main question was apart from this Rs.18 per hour will i be charged the phone call charges too? for example extra Rs.20 per hour as call charges @ 1.00 for 3 min pulse Edited January 13, 2007 by shyamm
