anuragz 4 Report post Posted January 17, 2007 It appears to be a good phone. But is this handset being sold by any service provider rel or tata ? or do we have to purchase it from nokia & get it activated ? does it supports r-uim & t-sim ? what is the price difference between microSD & miniSD ?
kesav 127 Report post Posted January 17, 2007 (edited) It supports RUIM. Great news is that from now all handsets in Reliance will be RUIM based(including classic 401) .It augurs well for their GSM plan. First and foremost information is its a successor of 6265 and certainly not below 6265 in any feature. MicroSD(transflash) is more popular and tiny compared to miniSD. "physical screen is smaller than 6265" is purely an optical illusion. It supports cancatenated SMS(in LG terminology - LMS) which is missing in 6265. One important addition in this phone is it supports GPS. Whether Reliance will take advantage of this feature is left to its customer-focus strategy. ani_meher 42 Report post Posted January 18, 2007 wow yaar. reliance has finallly started to price the handsets well. it's really surprising that this handset is 4k less than 6265, when almost all features are comparable. way to go Reliance! But why is the view negative with the battery? AFAIK, BL-6c is the latest battery with largest talktime n standby time from Nokia. Is the battery life low because of the big screen? HetalDP 947 Report post Posted January 18, 2007 (edited) Yes animeher The Battery Life as website of Nokia (Nokia-asia.com) show Lesser than 6265 But I think as Battery is Same in Both Handset with Same Screen and Software, seems that Battery is also as good as 6265 BL-6C is used in Both Phone 6265 and 6275 Edited January 19, 2007 by hpnasik
