I just bought this set in beginning of October, and am planning to move to Airtel from Reliance.

2. Java enabled -J2ME 2.0, can easily install thousands of applications which are easily available

3. Simplicity and ease of nokia series40 interface

4. Crisp display

5. Can use memmory card and gallery as same as folders and files in desktop

6. Super fast file transfer (as concerned 6600) to and by system

7. Cab be change skins and easily customise

8. WAP 2.0 xHTML Browser . can install opera to view HTML pages

9. Better coverage (but it is lowest coverage phone in nokia range)

10.Stereo FM

11.Better still camera in sound day light (video recorder better than 6600, eventhough too bad in this price range, which should get 640*480 in GSM handsets)

in short no one will change the nokia handset with others

but in my openion this set is worth only about 7-7.5K

I dont know about others but I am satisfied with my 6275.

Yes its true as said above that it is priced a little high. It should be around 7-7.5 I got it for 9700.

Otherwise I dont have any complaints with my handset

1. I am using 2-3 hrs daily for calling and in that 6275 show low battery and switch off.

2. I can not hear clearly in high traffic. very less sound.

But now I am happy in both case with RD6600

Goto the "The Mobile store" in your city. They are having good stock of 6275.

My brother was planning to buy a Nokia 6275, I have searched the whole of Pune, but could find one, what is the next best option, planning to put a tata indicom sim card as he works for a Tata group company,and the phone is sanctioned by them

Finally got one at 9506/- all inclusive, few handsets still availiable with the dealer, all black ones, Tata compatibles,any body intrested please let me know,I will PM you the name and phone no. of the dealer

Even, I am also in the same dilemma to go for Nokia 6275 or LG 6600

But after viewing more and more threads and views about both the Handsets on RIMWeb.in, I am of that opinion to go for LG RD 6600, which gives value as well as style for money

The Big Difference is Money. Nokia Handset is almost 70pc more priced and offer almost the same features as it's LG Counterpart. Secondly, Availability of Nokia Handset is very Scarce and hence yo are paying more price than actually it has to be

It think, next time will be reviewing our experience with LG RD 6600

Hi friends,

I have observed a little weird behavior in my nokia 6275 CDMA.

When I click on middle button for getting menu, "messages" icon is selected which is on top left position...

In other nokia phones I saw pressing the middle key selects the "gallery" icon, which is in middle of the screen.

I can move "gallery" icon to top left, if I want that icon to make default select.

But that doesn't solve the navigation solution...

If default selected icon is the middle one, then navigation to other icons becomes easy...

Is this behavior only in my phone, or it is there for all nokia 6275 CDMA handsets?

How can I get the default icon to be middle one?

Any help/guidance will be highly appreciated...

in 6275 the default icon set on top of left when us set gellary to top of left the default icon is gallery when u select message in top of the left the default icon is message so this is the simple

In NOKIA 6275 we can use different themes..

one problem I have faced,

How so ever good the theme is, the "R World" Icon is not getting changed...

If we are creating a new theme,

what is the name we have to give

to change/assign the icon for "R World"

in theme's XML file?

for example we can change name of a theme file from .nth to .zip and then extract.

Then we can see various files (like .PNG images for ICONS, GIF images for screen saver, JPEG/JPG file for wallpaper and calendar months mp3 ringtones, and one .XML File)

In "theme_descriptor.xml" file all the descriptions are given for various icons to set for various places.

I need to know what "NAME" we should give for an ICON so that it will get assigned to "R World".

Techies, please help.

So, what's the rate of new display and is it powerful as original one?

from market what prize for it?

i am confused to repaire them,

which types display should i purchase?

from nokia care there are told me that you pay atleast 3000 rupees! and you receive your handset after 45 days. is it like that?

if any other handset's display match to 6275 then please tell me. and what's the rate of them.

guys pls give ur feedback about the radio reception in nokia 6275 as i find most of the stations not playing properly...whereas sony mobiles used by my mom n sis play excellent radio...their reception is pretty strong...is radio a weakness of this phone?
