reliancenokia2007 2 Report post Posted January 29, 2007 (edited) just bought a nokia 6275. kept it charging for 3 hours after a complete discharge. indicator does not show charge cycle completion. just keeps on charging. does this indicate a defect ?? wondering if anyone had a similar problem before?? battery is authentic according to www.nokiaoriginals.com/check instructions and online verification. Dont know that Nokis is up with the latest release.... and if they are then u can get it from the Nokia Priority at no extra cost... Just get the firmware upgraded that is all wat i mean..... I think u playing around with handset while its on charging, New batteries takes lil extra time thn usually it takes to complete charge. i've visited nokia care today. engineer informs me that the particular handset battery BL-6C requires 6 hours of initial charge. IMO its high but i'll give it a try. if the problem lies with mobile firmware it is sent to Delhi for further analysis. 40 days of blackout. Replacement is possible within 48 hours if the handset is bought from Nokia Priority Dealer (NPD). too bad the handset wasn't bought from NPD Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
HetalDP 947 Report post Posted January 29, 2007 I think Nokia come with via two different channel one is HCL-Insys and Another is nokia itself. So there might be differencial service. But I think these Two channel only distribute the products and Services is DOne Directly Nokia There Should be Priorioty or Off-Priority THings and If it gonna take this much time try another Borrowed Battery BL6 and check out that the Problem is getting sorted out or not Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
