First 49 Cent is free for any registration. Keep on Changing the Email and you will get 49 cent on each Email. U can call anywhere in the world. I too made call to USA 3 Call in free 49 cents. The website (I don't know the website name) issue the cards with which you can talk 5 minute in any other country.
