chandannasta 4 Report post Posted February 16, 2007 Guys I had erecharged my sms top up card for Rs 49 with 250 free local sms messages from wadala on 9th Feb, 2007 in the afternoon and till date my sms top up card has not been recharged. The Shop keeper told me to complain it to customer care which I did 3 days ago and now my complaint is closed today when I called up Customer Care regarding that. They just said that we don't deal into these matters. It's shopkeeper's fault. The CC told Did you receive a confirmation message after the erecharge was done, I said No. So he said its the shopkeeper's fault. Now the shopkeeper says its not my fault. I received a confirmation which I send it to you. He has also provided me the erecharge id. So guys now I am stuck from both sides. Neither shopkeeper can help me, nor customer care.
