sushilgabhir 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2004 key pad of samsung b/w hand set is very bad, with one month of usage polish of key pad started getting off and it became very difficult to sms, i contacted so many times to customer care and service centre but of no use, as per them it does not come under warranty and Rs. 400 Payment is required to be paid and further there was no guarntee of key pad. very bad experience with samsung and reliance. anujit 0 Report post Posted May 24, 2004 Yeah my friend and I both faced the same problem - keys faded - disappointing quality! And I had checked too - 400 bucks to replace a key pad!!!!
