santosh_narayanan 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2007 I'm trying to do these steps with the UTstarcom PPC6700 but I find that BitPim does not list the 6700 in the list of phones. I tried selecting "Other CDMA phone" from the list but that doesn't seem to connect to the phone. I'm using the latest version of BitPim and when I connected the phone to the USB it got recognized as "HTC Diagnostic Interface (COM6)" on my laptop.
santosh_narayanan 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2007 OK I didn't notice in the screenshot that I needed to use LG-VX4400 for the phone type. Once I did this it worked fine.
