How To Enable Data Access Options In 6275?

In my 6275, for games and applications, under Options>Application access>Data access>Read user data,

Out of the 4 options :

1. Ask every time,

2. Ask first time only,

3. Always allowed,

4. Not allowed,

Only the first and last(1. & 2.) are enabled. options 2. & 3. are grayed out. Anybody know how to enable these? It would be most useful for some apps which read and write data to the phone. Otherwise, there is a lengthy series of prompts.

KD player Music and video player.

Doc viewer View .doc and .xls files, max size 300kb.

Opera mini mod 2.0 Tabs support, file manager, download files as imagen, music. video, ringtones, etc directly to memory phone.

Yahoo Go 2.0Yahoo Go english version.

Some apps as Doc viewer say several times message of read files in memory, you can use Diego and make this changes to use the apps with out problems, this is needed for upload imagen to Flickr account in Yahoo Go
