Send SMS It says "Send free SMS to MTNL Mumbai Dolphin / Trump / Garuda Mobile number (120 characters maximum) (for Garuda numbers prefix '22')" Note that only 120 characters allowed and as it looks, sms is sent to only one number at a time and only local sms.
