Help Me Nokia 2112 Tata Indicom Dead !

Recommended Posts

me using a tata indicom connection in nokia 2112.me from kerala circle.

one day by mistake i changed my security code. till now i cant remember that. so i flashed the handset with help of a technition. now the security code is changed to 12345 (Factory settings)

after that my handset always displays "Searching for network" even under the tower locations.

some of them adviced me use Diego 3.09 with DKU5 cable.

when i try to connect the same with my computer it shows that "Nokia service cable not found"

is there any crack required fro Diego to work with DKU5 cable ????

can anybody help me to make my 2112 back in action ???? :D

how i can solve this "Searching for network" problem ????? :NOTriste:

dear admins.... mods.... veterens.... members.... newbies.... help me .... me in very pathetic condition

There was no need to flash your handset just to get back the security code, now even if you get back the network, setting the number back to ur handset will require you to go to the tata outlet,as you may not be having your min number.

To get your network back you will need to load tun file to your phone as the tun files have not been uploaded while flashing, you can upload your tun file using phoenix (not sure about the latest diego) and you will get back the network.Apart from loading the tun file you may also need to set up the cdma channels, sid, nid etc for your handset to work on tata/reliance network.

The best solution is given by Hpnasik, that is flash your phone for using ruim card and then go to the nearest web world buy a blank ruim card and have your no transfered on that ruim. You can ask the same guy who flashed your phone to flash it for ruim.

If you require the tun file or the settings I can post it here provided the mods/admins allow it.

Pankaj.
