vinty 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2007 This is regarding Rel. Data Cards, which we had ordered about a month and a half back. That time, we had ordered 08 number of data cards. As of date (18th April), we have received only 04 Data Cards where as remaining 04 Data Cards are still lying with the Reliance Sales Guy, through whom, we had bought these. Everyday, I call him up to know the status but he is like Today/Tomorrow OR assures me to call back in 10 minutes. I don't know, what exactly is the definition of 10 minutes in Reliance. Worst part is that we haven't received those 04 Data cards even for a single day and we have received the Monthly Bill. I had escalated the issue to that Sales Guy's Boss too but the status is still the same. We are waiting for those 04 Data cards. Even worse is that I have already mailed the whole communication, which I had with these 02 guys to Reliance's Nodal Office (ritu.thapar) as well as it's Service Assurance Cell. When I called up Ritu last week, that time she assured me that she would be back by that day evening only. Till date, I am wondering whether Reliance has Evening Times or not. I have already mailed all this to Service Assurance Cell too. But status is just a big ZERO. I must compliment Reliance that in it, all the persons, irrespective of their designation (whether sales guy or nodal officer or even at service assurance cell), are all ALIKE. This will certainly help to resolve the matter. and for that sales guy.. call him up and tell him that you want to buy more data cards in addition to those not delievered and ask him for a meeting. well you know what to do if he turnns up... sweetly tell him that more orders can only be confirmed as and when he delievers the remaining of your orders and make sure that the Carrot you hang out to him is certainly much bigger than what is un delievered... I have tried this in some cases ofcourse not related to this one and it works.. but foremost escalete the issue as per Arun Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
