I have a LG5340 handset with 9393622116 number. recently i have purchased classic 632 phone for my mother. now what i want to do is, i want to swap the numbers i.e.my number to classic 632 and my mother number to LG5340. When called CC regarding this they told me its not possible to change, because of the offer(2 years incoming 750 talktime) in the classic handset. ani_meher 42 Report post Posted May 9, 2007 not possible, that's true. there is a lockin period of i think 6 months. i have read that if u recharge using life time voucher, then it'd be unlocked, but even that voucher is stopped now. if that classic 632 is RUIM ie card based, then try whether the card works on other cells. that way, u can use that number on other handset, and buy a ruim card and transfer existing LG number on that n use that in classic.
