I purchased a nokia 6275 recently and am facing the following problems.

1)Battery is charging for about 5 hours,but getting drained within 6 hours after about 30 mins

talktime and 20 mins browsing in minibrowser.Is anybody else facing this problem.

2)My memory status for my microSD card says total memory is 241 MB,whereas the card is 256MB.

Is the card faulty?Is there anyway to check the healthiness of the card?

3)What is the warranty period for instrument,battery and card?

There is nothing wrong with the Capacity shown of your memory card. It is common to have less memory on any Flash Memory device(like memory card, Pen drive etc.) . manufacturers have to rate the Memory card by standards that a power of 2 (like 128,256,512 etc.)

Complain to Reliance Assurance and also to Nokia Care. Nokia will replace your faulty battery.

Write in strong terms otherwise no action will be taken.
