akg7091 4 Report post Posted May 11, 2007 (edited) I am not able to use rconnect since 2 days. I get an error 678. The phone shows dialing #777 ( which implies everything is fine on computer side ) and then it shows data call ended. I have tried on 4 different computers, on three with bluetooth and data cable both and on the 4th only bluetooth. I am pretty sure it is a problem on reliance side. Can someone else from around delhi confirm whether they are able to use netconnect ? I have been using this setup for 4 months and nothing's changed on my comp ( no new software installed, no settings changed ) Since yesterday it just isn't working. Any suggestions ? I can't reach customer care, on dialing *369 and selecting 4 for operator I get error pls check number you have dialed. Reliance has turned hopeless now, but have no alternative for netconnect. Pls help me out someone Phone : nokia 2865 Bluetooth software tried with : IVT, widcomm and microsoft . PS: I know something about computers, so I can assure all that everything's fine on the computer end. ANY SUGGESTIONS GUYS ??? TIA Ashish Edit : Put a friend's ruim in my phone. It's working with his RUIM. When I put mine in it stops working. Went to webworld. They checked my connection and said everything's fine ( means phone is not blocked because of any verification reasons ) They don't know what to do. I don't understand what happened either.
