Using Pc To Make Calls Through Nokia 6255

I use R-Connect for net surfing. My handset is Nokia 6255.

For some reason, I want to make phone calls from my PC, routed through the phone. How can I do that?

So basically I want to dial my friend's phone number from my PC, similar to how I dial into R-Connect.

rather you can use DATA CARD for that surf internet in your laptop/PC and call also you call through that..
