Voicemail Listen Problem

I have received a voice mail and I dialled *600

But since 1 week i m regularly dialing this no. for listening voice mail but I can't hear any voicemail from there, and my balance gets cut as well... when i ask to customer care, they can't give any solution.

any one can help me about this ?

It is likely that the voice mail you received had expired by now as I think old voice mails will get removed at certain intervals. If it says there is no voice mail when you dial *600, then there is no chance to retrieve it now.

Yes my dear friend as stated by Arun above, your voice mail was expired by itself. As I think all voice mails expires after 72 hours automatically.
