Usb Blue Tooth Dongle Problem

i just bought a usb blue tooth dongle for the nokia 6275

it is zippys

installed it from the cd

however, when i insert it in the usb port, the comp freezes and nothing works till it is disconected.

dont know what is wrong

I think its driver which freezing ur system.

I have not played that much with BT.

Plzz mention in details.. Which software u r using.. BlueSoeil,Microsoft,Widcomm or toshiba? which os u r using..

So it colud be easy to guide u..

am using blue soelil

windows XP

but the device manager still says -unknown device !

got that dongle changed

something was wrong with it
