Data Usage Not Showing - Reliance Zte 315 Netconnect

Hi,

I have a Reliance ZTE 315 netconnect data card. I am using the Freedom (1GB) plan. Now, as you may know, it is possible to check the data usage by visiting http://bill.reliancecommunications.co.in/w...et/LoginServlet . I have been checking my data usage on the previous url for the last 3 months and it always shows the data usage for the current billing cycle till yesterday. But, for the last 4 days, the data usage has not updated itself. Basically, it shows my data usage till 01-06-2007 but not after that.

Does anyone know what is happening? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Well, for me the last update date shown is : 31-05-2007

I guess this "break" does happen some times, anyway I've now sent an email to Chairman'sOffice mail asking them to update it.

BTW, I called Reliance customer care, and they didn't even know about this facility. The customer service rep started to tell me how it is NOT possible to view your data usage. He was quite embarrassed when I told him that you could check it online .

Yes, I got a call yesterday that the issue has been escalated and got today I got a call that it has been resolved. When I checked it now, it does show usage until 06-06-2007 !
