Winxp Laptop Crashes With Blue Screenwith Zte Mc315+

Hi,

I am using ZTE MC315+ reliance data card.

Some times when i open the internet explorer my laptop crashes with blue screen.

The crash problem is only seen when i use reliance net connect.

Any thoughts???

Hi sselvan,

The reason for the crah could be conflict between the resources( port address, Interrupt request,..etc) of ur COM ports. I recommend that you remove the PCMCIA datacard and go to device manager. In the listing select goto Ports( LPT & COM)..select the COM port and check for the datarate, databits, parity and flow control( these have to be same as the settings of you CDMA 1X modem)...then check the resources for any conflict with theaddress., if so try changing it...
