Virus Infection In Ppc, Be Careful While Checking Mails

Here are screen shots of memory card of my PPC. It has viruses, spy ware and tracking cookies. My ppc was working perfect but I dont know if these can harm data of PPC in anyways.

The cookies are ok, but most of the files in the screenshot belongs to well known softwares. So I don't think those are potentially dangerous. Which anti-virus/spyware software is it ?
