Now with Web2SMS service, all Tata Indicom postpaid Mobile and Walky customers can send SMSes from Tata Indicom website. Just login with your mobile/Walky number, type the SMS, enter the mobile numbers you want to send the SMS to and click send! Sending SMS to a group of people is now one click away!Key features: Easy to use website Password protected access Upload mobile numbers via excel sheet Send SMS on a scheduled date View sent SMS history Who can use Web2SMS? Tata Indicom postpaid mobile customers Tata Indicom postpaid Walky customers How to start using Web2SMS? Go to the webpage www.tataindicom.com/web2sms Click on "New users sign up". Enter your first name, last name and a valid postpaid Tata Indicom number for one-time registration Password will be sent via SMS on to your phone You can now login with your postpaid Tata Indicom number and this password and start sending SMSes. We recommend that you change your password once you login. Recipient will see the sender's mobile/Walky number which was used for login [Username= Postpaid Tata Indicom mobile (92xxxxxxxx) or Walky (22xxxxxxxx for Mumbai users) Password= password received on your phone] What are the Charges? No registration or subscription charge Separate per SMS charge as mentioned below. raccoon 53 Report post Posted June 15, 2007 Subscribers not giving info about SMSes used is really bad ...but I think its imperative that ALL handset manufactureres give this function of being able to count the SMS traiff. It will also help in tallying the count by the operator. Unfortunately only a few handsets have this function...
