Lsp-350r In My Country- How To Make It Work With My Operator?

Hello my dear friends.

I'm from Azerbaijan.

some days ago I got LSP-350R.

I want to make it work in my country.

i tryed to change SID, NID channels and phone min usin program WLLPST. but there is no present LSP-350R. there was LSP-340. and i tryed to manipulate with phone like lsp-340. now phone powering up and write : Contact Reliance Service Centre =(

And hey i am not sure if u have CDMA service in Azerbaijan, if yes please confirm the frequency as 350R is meant to work only on 800Mhz.

of course we have cdma 800mhz here =)

but we have not CDMA prgrammers =) I'm programmer of GSM phones. with cdma i have little problems.

I changed ALL in this phone using program WLL PST. but now it show CONTACT REL. SIREVISE etc...

some peoples in other forum said THAT MIN BLOCKED in this phone. if its true - how can I unlock it ??? or where i can download not locked firmware and downloader ?
