Motorola Razr V3m : Accessing Internet From Pc

I have tried calling up the Webworld people to activate Rconnect on my no.

I try to connect to internet using a dialer and my no as username/password; however i keep getting error that username/password not valid on the domain... or something like that.

the people in webworld have not been able to rectify this problem. I can access internet from the Openwave browser on the handset. But unable to use the handset as a modem to access internet from my laptop!

a bloody 12K worth of handset and so many problems accessing internet !
