Error 691 While Using Dialer From Pc Using Motorola V3m

I use #777 and my no as username/password. I have the right drivers, the right USB cable, the right modem port everything... the dialer even dials #777 and reaches some server that responds with this 691 error code.

I however keep getting Error 691: username not valid on the domain.....

Not yet been able to comphrend this error message. Even the webworld guys are unable to help.
