sureshkumar 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2007 I am using Nokia 6275 handset, in this the duration of the dialled and received calls are not shown, only time of call is stored. Is there any option to store that and view it later. Even in LG RD 2030 this option is available. Also unable to record the active call, even in their user manual they told this voice recorder option is available. Is there any software to record the active call automatically. KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted July 5, 2007 All Nokias do not support call duration and voice recording whilst on call. No SWs are available for this feature. These features are available only an all LG sets. And voice recording while on call, LG 6230 etc will help you out. You cannot get all the features on one single handset, you see. kshah 452 Report post Posted July 5, 2007 You can consider even MOTORAZR, i have seen java application for MOTO SLIM call recording. Nokia CDMA do not allow, though there is setting of call recording in Diego.

Im yet to see (not that Iv checked out many) a Nokia which logs the call duration. Even CDMA Nokias I'v seen dont log the call duration! I suspect Nokia is in cahoots with the telcos and has not decided to provide this facility, so less customers can crib about billing! Otherwise its v difficult to imagine how Nokia has chosen to avoid the inclusion of such a basic and critical feature. Pathetic! That said my GSM Nokia 1112 records the duration of ONLY the last call ...but you have to wade somewhere few levels into the call logs menu to find it. I'm sure Nokia has done this intentionally... And even my cdma nokia 2865 records only the last call duration...but I have to navigate deep into it's menus for that. KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted July 6, 2007 In Nokia GSM Series 60 phones, call duration is logged in a separate log which again you have to dig deep in the menu to access. AFAIK, you also need the sec. code to access the logs. But all said and done, the call logs in Nokia S60 phones is really very good. You can filter on voice, sms etc.
