SQL dumper library failed to initialization

Recommended Posts

I have a very technical question not related to rimweb but i sincerely hope that arun and the moderators will be be able to help me and also because i could not find a suitable criterion for it to post..

now here it goes..

"I have recently run an XP Pro set up, after the installation, i got the message while the machine booted.."SQL dumper library failed to initialization. your installation is either corrupt or has neen tampered with. Please uninstall then rerun set up to correct this problem."

This message is repeated everytime my machine gets boot..

What does it mean and how can it be corrected?

Any ideas?

Topic Splitted...

Pls post in appropriate sections. Regarding to ur problem, uninstall any instances of SQL server from "Add/remove programs" in Control Panel. It should solve it. :rofl_200:

SQL Server has nothing to do with Windows and windows will run fine without it.
