Reliance Jio already started their WIFI called Jio Net in my city Bhubaneswar from 5 - 6 months. presently installed one of the University called Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology (OUAT). WIFI Routers are also installed few other Universities, Tourist places & few Parks. work is going on. I think It's a comes under Orissa Govt's smart city proposal. Triggered from Nexus 10 -
